Coleslaw
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
Dressing
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice or cider
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 packets Equal
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine slaw ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw. Toss to blend. Refrigerate.
